We have a client seeking a Microsoft Access Developer who can provide development for some of our Access projects. We need someone with strong access experience. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills. This person will have the ability to work remotely. The Freelance Developer position involves the following tasks
- Full database creation – create MS Access databases from scratch
- Modify database – transform MS Access databases as per specs/requirements
- Transform Excel programs to Access databases
- Upgrade MS Access DBs to more recent versions of Access · Reports - Create/modify · Forms - Create/modify
- Queries - Create/modify · Tables – Create/modify
- VBA – Coding · Quality control testing
- Work with Sr Programmers and rest of team on large projects.
- Speak with/email clients to understand their needs
- Respond to comments from clients, as well as, updating Requirements
- Create manuals and other support documents
