Minimum skills and experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive relevant experience in IT support roles.
- Novell or Microsoft Certification desired.
- Expert knowledge of MS Windows and/or Novell Netware/NDS and/or SUSE Linux, as well as network protocols.
- Solid customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools.
- Ability to plan and oversee day-today activities independently.
- Solid troubleshooting skills including ability to identify and assess risk to determine action.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintain Fax servers
- Identify and Resolve complex problems, both within a team and individually, with a focus on root cause analysis and increasing stability.
