Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and organize marketing materials for campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between sales and marketing teams to foster collaboration.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and growth metrics for management review.
- Assist in the development of online and offline marketing content that attracts potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a growth or marketing team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface with team members and clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
