Seeking an individual who serves as the primary contact for customer communication, handling each situation professionally, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service ensuring the customer's needs are met. In addition, you will be responsible for all customer correspondence and documentation requests.

Essential Functions:
Handles external customer calls and online inquires.
Handles mailed customer correspondence.
Responsible for researching deductions and general billing requests.
Troubleshoots and produces quick resolution.
Experience:
High school diploma
Accounting experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years customer service or customer support experience.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Fast and efficient keyboarding skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly organized.
Ability to work independently to resolve issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Word and Excel with a high rate of accuracy.
