Distribution Associate at Tree of Life Products

As a Distribution Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations by ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of products. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching products efficiently, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of products to customers.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize distribution processes.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
