Distribution Associate at Tree of Life Products

Tree of Life Products is seeking a reliable and hardworking Distribution Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient distribution of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and quality checks.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Keep the distribution area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a distribution, warehouse, or related role is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
