Distribution Associate at Tree of Life Products

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling, organization, and distribution of products within our facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify the accuracy of shipments and ensure proper labeling
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly distribution targets
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution center preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
