Warehouse Associate at Tree of Life Products

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and fill orders from stock.
• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools as needed.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
