Warehouse Associate at Tree of Life Products

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role involves a variety of warehouse activities, such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders for delivery
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Inspect and verify incoming products for quality and quantity
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary)
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification is a plus (not required)
