Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer orders and specifications.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Receiving and Shipping: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Prepare and load outgoing shipments according to company standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
• Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times. Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily and weekly production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
