Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research on products, vendors, and services to support operational needs and drive business growth.
  • Utilize A3 worksheets to identify and solve business challenges, applying a structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Figure out ways to increase revenue by identifying new opportunities, optimizing current processes, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Reduce costs by researching and negotiating with suppliers, finding efficiencies in operations, and minimizing unnecessary expenses.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions and ensure TruPorch Homes remains competitive.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on research findings and critical analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring that TruPorch Homes receives quality products and services at the best possible price.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory efficiently to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning by providing insights and data that contribute to long-term goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies that could enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for figuring out solutions independently.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy when analyzing data, preparing reports, and managing operational tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A3 problem-solving tools or similar structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to continuously improve business processes.
