Ideal Candidate Profile
- Location: Atlanta
- Availability: Mondays through Fridays, with the ability to work flexible hours based on job demands
- Experience: 2-5 years in property management, facilities management, or related roles
- Skills:
- Landscaping knowledge
- Basic property upkeep
- Minor maintenance and repair skills (e.g., assembling furniture, painting, installing TVs and ceiling fans, troubleshooting door locks/thermostats)
- Decorating and house staging capabilities
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting without supervision
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with running various errands around the city (e.g., trash bin requests, picking up materials)
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment handling
Key Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Carry out light maintenance tasks (installing ceiling fans, painting, assembling furniture)
- Troubleshoot smart home systems like thermostats, door locks, and TVs
- Coordinate with contractors for any heavy maintenance issues
- Landscaping & Curb Appeal
- Ensure properties are well-kept, including basic landscaping tasks
- Identify and resolve minor outdoor issues to maintain a welcoming property appearance
- Interior Decorating & Staging
- Assist with decorating rental properties to enhance guest experience
- Ensure properties are properly staged, styled, and maintained for guest readiness
- Errand Running & City-Wide Tasks
- Submit requests for city services (e.g., trash bins, permits)
- Pick up materials, supplies, and equipment as necessary for property management tasks
- Project & Task Management
- Work independently to assess property needs and execute tasks without direct supervision
- Provide regular updates and reports on tasks and property status
- Be resourceful in solving problems as they arise, both independently and by coordinating with appropriate teams

- Attention to Detail: Thorough in completing tasks, noticing even small details that might need attention
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise in providing updates to the property management team and reporting issues
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in troubleshooting property-related issues without constant oversight
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle a wide variety of tasks, including unforeseen or emergency situations
- Physical Stamina: Capable of handling physical tasks such as assembling furniture, installing appliances, etc., but does not need to manage heavy-duty maintenance (e.g., roofing, plumbing)
