Join us as we pioneer a new division for TSMA to, for the first time, bring our services to a larger audience.
We have grown our company rapidly without a dedicated sales division, so we anticipate this will be a very successful and lucrative position.
We are looking for a disciplined, motivated sales person to help bring our services to new clients so that they can take their social media presence from good (or even bad) to excellent. You will need to act proactively, with lots of hustle, and from a place of seeking to help others solve their social media marketing problem with the best solution out there, TSMA Consulting.
We will provide ideas and lead generation opportunities in addition to the incoming referrals and requests, much of which will also get funneled to you.
We are the entertainment and tech industries' premier social media management and growth firm. Basically, we're the go-to Instagram experts in entertainment and tech.

Everyone at the company is a creative in some way—actors, dancers, photographers, you name it. Note that 100% of work will take place from home during COVID-19. Once it is safe to have in-person meetings again, you will work from home and on the move depending on your leads and the best method for pitching to them. All this to say that easy access to a reliable computer, phone, and internet is a must. We’re a very mac-friendly company, though we accept PC-people too (see: inclusivity).
Generally 20-30% of the time (when Covid isn't ravaging the world) are meetings held at our office space in DTLA, so reliable transportation is key.
It is important to understand that the Client Acquisition Representative works within the Customer Care and Acquisition department of TSMA. The ideal candidate will be mindful of our desire to lock in sales through care for helping others reach their goals.
