Your main goal is going to be to support the U+ Business Developments effort, in order to drive more revenue to the company. We are going to be focusing on organic lead generation first, and you are going to be part of a bigger team that focuses on getting leads into the sales process. For you, there will be room for growth into other areas of business development, next to overall growth, as the team expands at U+.
You will be working with the CEO, the Channel and Business Development Director, the Content / Copywriting team, the Marketing team, and also external agencies that support U+.
Throughout this role, you will get a good overview of all activities related to producing more revenue for the company.
What you will do
- Assist with keeping the sales pipeline up to date (including cross checking inputs across different databases), and making sure that we are doing what we need to be doing, in order to secure clients
- Support the Business Development Team in terms of any research or other content preparation that needs to be done, which can be both for internal and external needs. You can see examples of the already-produced insights articles below:
- Research other outreach activities and ways to drive revenue, such as conferences, podcasts, webinars, etc.
- Support Social Media activities, such as posting on social media channels
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings across time zones
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, when needed
- Take minutes during meetings, when needed
- Keep internal briefs, resources and documents for various departments organized and up to date

- Experience in supporting Sales activities is a bonus
