Through our experience, we have developed a methodology that helps de-risk innovation and product launches that is customer led and based on rapid iteration.  The purpose of our approach is to find the truth about where a digital product fits in the market, if it does at all, and what to do about it.  Our clients are based in the US, Europe and UAE, and we support them with a multinational workforce of designers, product leads, commercialization leads and software engineers. Through our AI Platform, FifthRow - www.fifthrow.com, we automate significant portions of the innovation process, increasing the efficiency of our team and reducing both the cost and time to market.  

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in selling consulting services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on consulting and innovation services and. Additionally, you are tech-savvy, with a keen understanding of how AI technologies can enhance business outcomes. You'll be supported by our Revenue Operations team, which has a track record of generating and nurturing high-quality leads.

 

What you will do:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients, with a specific focus on companies in need of consulting services to optimize their operations and processes.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and department heads, to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Leverage your experience and industry knowledge to position our AI-powered consulting services as the optimal solution for clients' needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including consultants and technical experts, to develop comprehensive proposals and deliverables for clients.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to capitalize on generated leads and ensure a seamless handover from lead generation to the sales process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling consulting services
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a competitive environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of consulting methodologies and frameworks, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients effectively.
  • You are Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to grasp and communicate complex technological concepts, particularly in the AI domain.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You are self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • You have a data driven mindset that capitalizes on CRM software and other sales tools to track and monitor progress of leads
