This role will involve writing, editing, research, and coordination of various communication materials. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling and possess excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
- Create, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
- Support the organisation of events, meetings, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communications activities.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform strategy.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms and website content.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with media relations and basic understanding of PR concepts preferred.
- Prior experience in a communications role or internship is a plus.
