We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling a variety of administrative tasks. You will assist in the recruitment process, manage employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining attendance records.
- Help organise employee training and development activities.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an HR setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
