Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
