Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.

- Proficient in using a computer and customer management software.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
