Description
We are developing an ERP (Accounting, HR, Payroll) on Force.com (Salesforce Platform). We need a Payroll/Accounting Functional Consultant to help us with the functional point of integration of the two modules and advice on the future integration points needed between modules.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Define and document business requirements and objectives
-Review, analyze, define and document business functions and processes
-Defining alternatives and making recommendations to enhance and/or streamline processes
-Translates business requirements and processes into system requirements
-Writes functional and technical documents and specifications
-Ensures system design fits user needs and requirements
-Assists with defining user stories and test scripts
-Provides or participates on testing, training, and communications activities
-Functionality Testing: Knowledge of and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing.
-Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines.
Skills required:
-Strong functional knowledge of the ERP systems.
-Minimum of a Full Life-cycle implementation of an ERP Payroll from planning to configuration through go-live.
-Communication and coordination
Candidate must be knowing technical part of ERP system as well.
