Responsibilities:
1. At least 5 years of SAP ECC / S4 Hana HR experience
2. SAP HR Certified
3. Have completed a minimum 5 end-to-end SAP HR implementations, which should include.
- Implementation experience in Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Time Management and Payroll modules.
- Localization experience for UAE, KSA & Egypt in both Payroll and Time Management modules.
- Interaction with the client to gather the business requirements and recommend feasible and effective solutions.
- Configured both Time and Payroll Rules and Schemes for different scenarios.
- Good Knowledge of Configuring UAE, KSA & Egypt Specific Time Types and Payroll Requirements.
- Good knowledge of the providing Technical Specification
4. Good to have Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
5. Good Communication and Presentation Skills
6. Provide Training and Training Material
