As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing essential support and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with questions about Vibes & Verbs’ services, pricing, and order processing.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and providing information to help close sales.
• Process orders, manage returns, and handle billing inquiries in coordination with the accounting department.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company services, products, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
