About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for creating, processing and closing new deals to hit the growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by closing new leads and upselling to the existing customers
- Understand customers needs and offer the best solution by considering all solutions we have
- Be an inspiration to the sales team with your high performance and manners of a great team-player
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify market shifts, new trends and new opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Managing inbound phone calls, online inquiries to provide excellence in service to all our past, current, and future members
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field
- 1+ years proven experience in B2B sales or business development is highly recommended
- Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences in related fields
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong analytical skills is a must
- Strong business sense, startup or similar experience is highly recommended
- Excellent communication in English and Turkish
