We are growing fast and are looking for an experienced and talented UI\/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design across our platform. The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior UX/UI Designer with an appetite for learning and the ability to grow their own role within the organisation and push new boundaries in design.
You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimised for usability, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI\/UX design by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of some of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe XD.
- Display a strong portfolio of professional UI\/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Be Articulate & Confident with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
A keen collaborator with the ability to work independently as well as in a team, you will:
- Investigate user experience design requirements for our full suite of new and existing digital assets.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI\/UX design strategy for the brand
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Have strong graphic design skills in the production of all recognised file-formats including vector imagery for both digital and print production.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, product owner, developers, and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Be highly driven and focused on taking ownership of the delivery of targets
- Prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time
- Adhere to branding and style standards on typography and graphic design.
What we offer
Salary range: £25K - £35K (Depending on Experience) + Annual Salary Review
