The Role
VSourz is looking for a full-time lead generation executive. We’re looking for someone who has bundles of positive energy who’s not afraid of hard work to drive a high volume of qualified leads that convert.
You need to have at least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, understand and know how to leverage CRM’s, sales funnels, and social selling. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and motivated self-starter, committed to consistently smash measurable lead generation targets.
We’re specifically looking for someone who can fuel our growth with qualified leads. Our existing sales team will continue to develop qualified opportunities post lead generation and therefore it’s important to note that role is specifically focused predominantly on outbound lead generation and related activities.
Working with our existing data team to populate, segment, and manage our CRM to ensure effective prospecting throughout the sales cycle
- Creating and managing lead generation funnels according to business priorities, capacity, and demand, driving initial outreach (social, email, phone), and converting prospects into qualified leads via personalised, relevant, and value added approaches
- Continually measuring, optimising and improving sales funnel performance to increase the efficacy of our lead generation activity
- Engaging directly with prospects at key points of the sales cycle to qualify and establish trust to result in leads with a readiness and willingness to buy / convert
- Regular reporting to senior leadership and sales teams against achievable yet ambitious targets
- Campaigning and engagement tactics and activation across digital channels including PPC, retargeting, social selling, and others as appropriate to deliver a high volume of outcomes that drive our bottom line profitability
- Ongoing conversion optimisation aimed to win larger value accounts and expedite the sales cycle
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a certain type of salesperson, happy to run the tech, write the copy, manage the process (funnels!), and generate amazing leads for our team of client facing experts. Plus you’ll also be more than able to engage directly and sell to people with an understanding of buyer behavior and best practice sales techniques. You’ll be or have:
- High energy self-starter hungry to learn, succeed, and ultimately smash targets
- A natural relationship builder with proven experience over at least 2-3 years full time sales in a similar or relevant role (ideally lead generation although direct sales experience may be considered)
- Passionate about digital across the spectrum of our services, and a good base level understanding of the type of value proposition a digital agency sells to clients
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, with an aptitude for writing sales led copy
- You’ll be more than happy to pick up the phone and talk to a prospect to engage them in an outcome (a brief, qualification, next step along the sales process) .. or chat / communicate with them regardless of the channel (LinkedIn, social, email, etc)
- Excellent working knowledge of CRMs, their role in sales, and either experience in or a demonstrable hunger and ability to learn some of their advanced features such as automation, sequencing, and reporting
- Numerically literate and able to work within, deliver and report against volume, engagement, and conversion targets
- Likable, great to have around, and keen to make your mark
- After more than a stepping stone to another role, but rather keen to find a company who’ll you’ll be able to grow with as they grow
- Natural confidence in your own ability to make things happen without arrogance or fear of failure

- Ability to connect, communicate and network with people with empathy demonstrable via a non-related endeavor (e.g. sports, charity, volunteering, hobbies etc)
- Sales and marketing interest and willingness to learn demonstrated by having actively taken courses and gained relevant certifications
- Smart, emotionally intelligent, and empathetic in demeanor and manner
- Your friends might describe you as “likely to go far”
