Job Description: As a Team Member/Cashier at We Are Prime Group, you will play a dual role in providing excellent customer service and managing transactions. You will interact with customers, handle cash and payments, and assist with various tasks to support the smooth operation of our detailing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and issue receipts.
- Manage the cash register and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Provide information about our services, packages, and promotions.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments.
- Assist with the cleaning and detailing of vehicles as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or escalate them to management as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and manage cash effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
