About You: 

 

We are seeking a proactive and process-oriented Brand Ambassador Sales Manager to build and lead our growing network of independent Brand Ambassadors. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing high-volume contractor teams, developing scalable recruiting and onboarding processes, and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.

Brand Ambassadors at WellnessLiving are referral partners – they leverage their networks to introduce prospects. While not directly involved in the sales cycle they need structure and guidance. As their leader, you will be instrumental in attracting, onboarding, and enabling a constantly evolving team of contractors to successfully represent our brand and drive qualified referrals to our Sales team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and own the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategy for a national team of independent Brand Ambassadors.
  • Create and maintain scalable, templated processes for hiring, onboarding, and training to support consistent team growth.
  • Train Ambassadors on brand standards and referral best practices, ensuring alignment with WellnessLiving’s values and business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to optimize referral generation while maintaining engagement and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on referral pipeline metrics, team activity, and market trends, leveraging data to refine processes and increase team effectiveness.
  • Foster a community mindset within the Brand Ambassador network to encourage collaboration, shared success, and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure Brand Ambassadors are fully equipped for external outreach opportunities, including events and local activations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously innovate and improve recruitment and referral generation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, people leadership, or managing contractor/partner networks, ideally in a high-turnover environment (e.g., affiliate networks, field marketing teams, gig economy platforms, etc.)
  • Proven success designing and executing scalable onboarding and training programs.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building something new and making an impact.
  • CRM and tech stack proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
