Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment for various positions within the Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Product, Operations, Training and Engineering Departments.
- Organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure new hires have necessary logins and company provided equipment prior to their first day of employment
- Train new hires and ensure they have access to all internal systems
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding process for any inquires
- Work closely with HR department to refine WellnessLiving onboarding program, to ensure that all new team members have everything they need to feel excited and empowered in their new role
- Contribute to team programs and initiatives such as employee engagement, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and internal innovation
- Assist with planning company social events and culture initiatives (facilitating recognition rewards/prizes, administering work anniversary, virtual and in-person events etc.)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience onboarding new hires
- Experience creating and facilitating training
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communications skills – both in verbal and written correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven success in recruiting candidates for various departments from entry level to management level
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
