Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines for complex software projects. 
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and product management, to drive seamless execution. 
  • Manage multiple Scrum teams (5–8 members each) and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). 
  • Optimize resource allocation and monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency. 
  • Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking progress and providing stakeholder visibility. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans. 
  • Foster collaboration between QA and development teams to maintain high product quality. 
  • Continuously improve project management processes for scalability and efficiency. 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in a SaaS environment. 
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
  • Expertise in SLA/SLO tracking and incorporating them into deliverables. 
  • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with experience managing distributed teams. 
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and SDLC processes. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience with SaaS products in the health and wellness industry. 
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, and Jira Service Management. 
  • Understanding of product management best practices. 

Certifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
