About You

We are looking for someone who can:
- Recruit for various positions within the Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Product and Engineering Departments.
- Participate in the full cycle recruitment process including candidate sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination and video screening
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Post external job postings and
- Track applicants, update applicants on the status of their application via GoHire
- Filter and review candidates’ profile and resumes to evaluate their work history, education, training, skills, and desired salaries
- Monitor WellnessLiving work inbox
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Participate in offsite and/or virtual events e.g. Job Fairs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Proven success in recruiting candidates for various departments from entry level to management level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communications skills – both in verbal and written correspondence
- Must have excellent phone interviewing skills to discern core competencies as they relate to the position requirements and refer the best of the best to Human Resource and hiring managers
- Demonstrated success in a fast paced driven environment
- Should be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
