We have an immediate opening for a GFX Developer to join our core team and work on our cloud, web and mobile graphics engines.
Your responsibilities:
- Improve and optimize video / image / audio processing algorithms
- Develop new artifacts, effects, filters and manipulations
- Envision content creation pipe-lines and rendering engines that take advantage of the latest technologies
Must-have experience:
- 5+ years experience as Software Engineer
- Good knowledge in video, image and audio processing
- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Good knowledge of OpenGL 2D
- Good understanding of codecs
- Proficiency in Unix systems
- Passion for writing reusable, testable and efficient code
- Open-minded, flexible, and have a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Ability to take complete ownership of a bug, feature, or entire project and drive it to completion
- Passion to explore and stay up to date with advancements in the field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or equivalent work experience
Bonus experience:
- Good knowledge of OOP programming languages (Java, C#, C++)
- Knowledge of web technologies like JavaScript, WebGL
- Experience using FFMPEG
- Experience with Lottie
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum and KanBan
