Currently, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Gynecology Oncology Specialist/ Consultant to join one of our prestigious client's team.
Position Overview:
As a Gynecology Oncology Specialist/ Consultant, you will be responsible for providing innovative and comprehensive care for patients with gynecological cancers. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with various gynecological oncology conditions. This position requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional clinical skills, and a dedication to providing the highest level of care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality care to patients with gynecological cancers through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, radiation oncologists, and medical oncologists to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care
• Conduct consultations, perform procedures, and monitor patient progress
• Participate in research initiatives and contribute to the advancement of gynecological oncology care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, risks, and potential outcomes
• Manage patient records, stay up-to-date with medical literature and relevant procedures, and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all patient care activities
• Participate in departmental and hospital committees to improve patient care and experience
Qualifications:
• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board certification in Gynecologic Oncology
• Active medical license and in good standing with the medical board
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Gynecology Oncology Specialist/ Consultant
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities
