Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers
- Analyzing market and vertical industry segments to target, prospect, and generate leads.
- Conceptualizing & implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Focusing on revenue generation and contributing to overall business objectives and profitability.
- Creating business plans working closely with marketing, presales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Assessing qualified lead requirements and pitching services.
- Engaging & retaining clients with immediate query resolution, timely follow-ups & value delivery.
- Developing customized client pitch documentation and making business presentations.
- Effectively communicates and presents our value proposition to all stakeholders
- Closing new business deals by negotiating contracts and providing customized solutions to meet client requirements that may have a mix of several models of engagement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing information, support, and guidance through the course of the engagement to ensure rebounds and minimum drop-outs.
- Providing operational support, handling partner and customer escalations.
- Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas
- Achieving the revenue targets in terms of qualified leads to closed deals.
- Providing clear reports to the management on activities and pipeline.
Key Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in IT/ITES (UI UX Studios preferred)
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
