We seek a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a wide range of marketing materials for various brands, ensuring that each piece aligns with the brand's identity and meets marketing objectives. Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and the ability to integrate AI into the creative process is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Collateral: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, posters, advertisements/banners, and product catalogs.
- Leverage AI in Design: Utilize AI-driven design tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and generate innovative design concepts.
- Maintain Brand Identity: Ensure that all designs reflect the brand's visual identity and communicate the desired message effectively.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to gather requirements, understand project goals, and deliver impactful designs.
- Generate Creative Concepts: Ideate and develop innovative design concepts for campaigns, events, and promotions, aligning them with the brand's strategy.
- Review and Refine Designs: Continuously review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final output meets the highest standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with experience working across various brands.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), other relevant design tools, and familiarity with AI-driven design platforms like Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Dall-E, Midjourney, etc.
- AI Integration: Experience or interest in integrating AI tools into the design process to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop unique designs that capture the brand's essence.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are polished and professional.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
