Role Overview
We’re hiring a Remote Data Entry Clerk to maintain accurate resident, lease, and property records across our property management systems. You’ll work independently from home, processing high volumes of data with speed and precision. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurate Data Entry: Input and update resident applications, lease agreements, renewals, payments, and move-in/move-out records in Yardi/RealPage or similar systems
2. Quality Control: Review entries for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies; correct and verify data daily
3.Document Processing: Digitize and organize leases, IDs, invoices, and supporting documents according to company standards
4. Reporting Support: Generate basic occupancy, delinquency, and operational reports for property managers
5. File Maintenance: Ensure digital records are stored securely and meet compliance/retention policies
6. Cross-Team Coordination: Communicate with property managers to resolve discrepancies and clarify missing information
What We’re Looking For
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools
- High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage workload without direct supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace required
