We’re hiring a Remote Social Media Manager to lead our social presence and grow engagement across platforms.
Role Overview
As our Remote Social Media Manager, you’ll own Yes Communities’ brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll create content, manage community engagement, and run campaigns that highlight our communities, team culture, and resident stories. This role blends creativity, data, and customer service to strengthen our reputation and support leasing goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar. Write captions, design graphics, and coordinate video/photoshoots with onsite teams
2. Community Management: Monitor comments, messages, and reviews. Respond professionally and route issues to property teams when needed
3. Campaign Management: Plan and run paid and organic campaigns to support leasing, events, and brand awareness
4. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and report insights to marketing leadership with recommendations for improvement
5. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Yes Communities’ brand guidelines and voice
6. Collaboration: Work with property managers, vendors, and internal teams to gather stories, photos, and testimonials from communities nationwide
*What We’re Looking For*
-Entry Level
- Proven experience growing engagement and followers on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for design. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social scheduling platforms like Sprout, Hootsuite, or Later
- Excellent organization and project management skills. Able to manage multiple communities and deadlines independently
- Understanding of real estate, property management, or multi-location brands is a plus
