WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
- Lead Analysis:
- Analyse and evaluate leads to identify potential opportunities within the car park operations sector.
- Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our services.
- Outreach:
- Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Tailor communication to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain an organised and efficient appointment setting process.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads to build rapport and trust.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and ensure accurate lead information.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and preferences for appointments.
- Provide relevant information and insights to enhance the sales process.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with industry trends, terminology, and key players.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and services in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritise leads effectively.
- Ability to understand client requirements and tailor communication accordingly.
- Customer-Focused:
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to understand and address client needs.
- Organisational Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills to manage and maintain a high volume of leads and appointments.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping.
