As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers while ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive experience that encourages customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
