0.0 Associates, is looking to bring on a Trainee Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic and ambitious team. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers in face-to-face sales campaigns, ensuring that our clients receive long-term, loyal customers.
   
• Learn communication skills, negotiation techniques, and objection-handling strategies to create meaningful, lasting relationships with customers.
   
• Participate in event-based campaigns and work alongside an experienced team that will mentor you throughout your journey.
   
• As you develop, you’ll gradually begin learning how to manage your own team, mentor others, and oversee campaigns.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated: You should be eager to take initiative and excited about working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
   
• Previous customer service experience (particularly in retail) is a plus but not essential.
   
• Ambitious and goal-oriented: We want someone who is eager to grow, learn new skills, and take on new challenges.
   
• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot accept Tier 4 or PSW visa holders or offer sponsorships.
