You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads, as well as managing and nurturing existing customer accounts.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Qualifying and nurturing leads to turn them into sales opportunities
- Maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services and effectively communicating their value to potential clients
- Negotiating and closing customers to meet and exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to generate new leads
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance and providing regular updates to the sales manager

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
