About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled junior WordPress Developer to join our Calicut office on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement pixel-perfect, responsive designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress sites
- Optimize website performance, load time, and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Perform regular updates and security checks on WordPress sites
- Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code according to best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin creation
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and front-end technologies
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite at Calicut office for the contract duration

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months
