Job Description
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- Managing a team of Customer Support Representatives.
- Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
Requirements
Should be able to communicate in Hindi & English
Other regional languages will be an added advantage
Experience candidates with Team leading can be preferred
Client Communication
Work Timings - 9am-6pm
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
Work Mode - During training, Work from office
After raining : Hybrid mode
Office Location-Hudi,whitefield,Bangalore
