Job Description:
4Sight is seeking a diligent and efficient Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team in Los Angeles. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from shelves according to order specifications.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Label and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
