The role
We are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join are ever growing team. As a Client Services Administrator you will be on the frontline of the business in direct communication with our clients resolving any and all enquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner. As we are experiencing an extended period of sustained grow there is currently a lot of room for progression for the right individual
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- liaise with new and existing clients and contractors both over the phone and by email, providing them with support, arranging appointments for client services team and promoting company services and as requested
- Promptly deal with all enquiries as and when required, ensuring accurate and professional responses
- Entering precise information into the Company Database and therefore keeping all information up to date.
- Working with the client services team to develop and implement marketing/promotional activities to maintain and enhance the profile of the company and to ensure company targets are achieved.
- Focus on all company services for new and emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to promote all services to ensure the future growth of the business.
- Support office administrators as and when required and ensure full awareness of all administration tasks and responsibilities at all times, so that effective cover can be maintained.
- Provide a high level of customer care and support that promotes and reflects the image of the business.
- Providing educational tutorials and support on the platform’s capabilities and functionality to users Developing knowledge of industry and clients’ use cases, in order to more fully understand the background of support questions
- Ensure you have sufficient knowledge of all services to provide a quality support service for clients.
- Meet and exceed any targets/deadlines that may be set by the Client Services Manager.
- Undertake any other duties within your capability as directed by the Client Services Manager.
Key Skills required for this role;
- Relevant experience of customer service delivery or
- Strong in building relationships with excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Team player, and able to work on own initiative.
- Using service/industry knowledge to identify opportunities to add value and drive process efficiencies.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have a pro-active and can do approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from all different backgrounds across numerous sectors
