The role
This is a unique role working in a small team where your ideas and suggestions for both front and backend development is not only encouraged but expected. This is a role where you can develop your own skills and grow as a developer, focusing on continual development and improvement of company C# .NET applications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- You will help drive the direction of the development process, introducing new ideas, technologies as well as finding and creating innovative solutions to problems
- Developing new areas of the system to meet the demands of the business and its customers.
- Contributing to design discussions and work planning.
- Keeping up to date with current technology and development trends.
- Review and improve the team’s development and testing practises.
- Develop and Improve C# .NET Applications
- Working on Full Stack C# Developments
- Identifying and resolving bugs.
Key Skills required for this role;
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced C# .NET developer with good commercial experience
- Experienced C# .NET Developer
- Full Stack C# knowledge
- University Degree or relevant equivalent qualification in Development or related experience.
- A pride in producing a product that is well built and most importantly meets the needs of the customer.
- Strong collaborator, open to sharing ideas while assisting to improve their skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Highly analytical with superior problem-solving capabilities.
