Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives

- Monitor individual sales performance and prepare status reports for leadership
- This role does not involve cold calling
Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not required
- We welcome candidates who are quick learners and willing to grow into the role
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College-level education is a plus
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Solid time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to meet deadlines, stay focused, and work independently
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on experience
