We are seeking a reliable Remote Order Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and processing customer orders into our system accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with basic computer programs.

As a remote team member, you will help ensure that customer orders are recorded correctly and processed in a timely manner. The work is straightforward and mainly involves typing, reviewing information, and updating order records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders into the company’s order management system
  • Review order details to ensure accuracy before submitting
  • Update order information when changes are requested
  • Verify customer information such as addresses and product details
  • Maintain organized digital records of orders
  • Communicate with team members if order details need clarification
  • Follow company procedures to ensure orders are processed correctly

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, or order management systems)
