Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pediatric Rheumatologist to join our team of medical professionals in a prestigious hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing and treating rheumatic conditions in children and adolescents. This is a full-time position with a highly competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnose and treat various rheumatic conditions in children and adolescents

- Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and best medical practices

- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention strategies

- Attend and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay updated with advancements in the field and share knowledge with colleagues

- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient records and maintain patient confidentiality

- Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Participate in quality improvement and research activities within the department and contribute to published research in the field of pediatric rheumatology

- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Must be western-trained

- Specialist training in pediatric rheumatology from a recognized institution

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric Rheumatologist

- Proficient in diagnosing and managing various rheumatic conditions in children and adolescents

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care

- Ability to work well in a multicultural and team-oriented environment

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
