ECA’s recruitment process consists of three stages. First, shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute remote interview with one of our consultants, scheduled for early December. Successful candidates will then proceed to an in-person assessment at one of our offices, which will include an interview, a 45-minute Excel test, and a 30-minute written test. The last stage involves a final interview with one of our Executive Directors.
