The Role:
- Support the admin managing the pitch and content queue
- Be responsible for keeping spreadsheets up to date & accurate.
- Help out with client ad-hoc tasks where necessary
- Cover for the Executives where necessary
- Be able to personalize opportunities & help reach the daily quota
- Be able to identify process issues & concerns
- Ensure that objectives for client deliverables are met
- Liaise with other department key persons for partner & client needs
About You:
- We’re looking for Virtual Assistants that are obsessed with providing the best service to their clients.
- As a VA, you will need to have a keen eye for detail & be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Having excellent spoken & written English is a must, as well as having a very good understanding of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
- You must have a strong & reliable internet connection & pc/laptop.
- Having previously worked as a VA, or anything similar, is a definite advantage.
